All papers must be submitted electronically as PDF files using EDAS.
A paper can be either a regular paper (up to 6 pages) or a work-in-progress paper (up to 4 pages). Papers should be formatted with single-spaced, double-column pages using at least 10 pt size fonts on A4 or letter pages in our conference style. You can refer to the ICGHIT template or Latex template. Submitted papers are subject to peer reviews by Technical Program Committee. An author of an accepted paper must register at full rate prior to uploading the camera-ready version. The camera-ready version for an accepted paper cannot exceed 6 pages.
A. NO SHOW POLICY
All accepted papers MUST be presented orally (offline) or virtually (online) at the Conference in order to be published in the proceedings, otherwise the paper will not be published in the proceedings.
ONLY accepted & presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
B. All papers accepted by ICGHIT, along with all conference content, will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore. IEEE Xplore will conduct an additional screening process, and there is no guarantee that the papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Scopus.

Authors who wish to have their papers published in IEEE Xplore should submit a 6 page camera-ready manuscript.
Using PDF eXpress:
1. Click link https://ieee-pdf-express.org to go to the PDF eXpress web site
2. Once at the PDF eXpress web site, create a new account by clicking on “New Users – Click Here” link
3. Enter the code 68784X for the Conference ID
4. Continue to enter information as prompted. You will receive an email confirming the successful creation of your account.
5. Through your PDF eXpress account, you may submit your source application files for conversion to PDF, and/or submit PDFs for checking. You will have the opportunity to revise your submission if you are not satisfied with the PDF that PDF eXpress creates for you, if you find mistakes in your manuscript, or if your PDF fails the PDF Check.
