Paper Submission


All papers must be submitted electronically as PDF files using EDAS at A paper can be either a regular paper (up to 6 pages) or a work-in-progress paper (up to 3 pages). Papers should be formatted with single-spaced, double-column pages using at least 10 pt size fonts on A4 or letter pages in the IEEE conference style. You can refer to the IEEE template at Submitted papers are subject to peer reviews by Technical Program Committee. An author of an accepted paper must register at full rate prior to uploading the camera-ready version. The camera-ready version for an accepted paper cannot exceed 6 pages.

To submit papers for workshops, authors are requested to communicate with workshop chairs in advance as follows:
– Workshop on Smart City (Prof. Byeong-Seo Kim, jsnbs at hongik dot ac dot kr)
– Workshop on Smart Farm (Prof. Sang-ug Kang, sukang at smu dot ac dot kr)
